Medical, Dental, & Life Insurance
As an Anchor Staffing associate, you are eligible for low-cost medical, dental, and term life insurance. Please call Anchor Staffing at (732) 613-4330 for details, requirements, and enrollment materials.
As an Anchor Staffing associate, you are also eligible for direct deposit of your weekly paycheck. You can download a direct deposit form from our website.
Once you have completed 1200 hours of work as an Anchor Staffing associate within the current calendar year, you will be eligible for holiday bonus pay for the following holidays, provided you work the two regularly scheduled workdays before and after the holiday:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
These bonuses will amount to one day’s pay at your current compensation rate based on seven (7) hours.
- 2040 Hour Bonus
After completing 2040 hours of work as an Anchor Staffing associate within 12 months of your first assignment, you will become eligible for a longevity bonus amounting to 20 hours at your current pay rate.
- 4000 Hour Bonus
After completing 4000 hours of work as an Anchor Staffing associate, you will become eligible for a longevity bonus amounting to 35 hours at your current pay rate.
- 6000 Hour Bonus
After completing 6000 hours of work as an Anchor Staffing associate, you will become eligible for a longevity bonus amounting to 35 hours at your current pay rate. You will also be eligible for this bonus every 2040 hours thereafter.
Client Referral Bonus

Employee Referral Bonus
We are always looking for good employees. When you refer individuals who are looking for either temporary or full-time work, you are eligible to receive a cash bonus. The bonuses are rewarded according to the demand of the skills of the individual and their performance on an assignment over 40 hours.
