Why should I use Anchor Staffing?

Anchor Staffing can make hiring easier by simplifying and speeding up the process of finding the right employees. Because we are a smaller, locally owned boutique staffing firm, we can offer you more of our time, attention, and energy. We interview each of our candidates face-to-face to ensure we refer truly qualified candidates—not people that simply look good on paper.

What placement options do you offer?

At Anchor Staffing, we offer temporary, temp-to-hire, direct hire, and executive placements.

What does temp-to-hire mean?

Temp-to-hire is when an employee begins working at your company while remaining on our payroll for a provisional period. You pay an hourly billing rate, but there is no additional charge to hire the employee after the provisional period.

What is payrolling?

If you find a temporary or permanent employee through your own recruitment, you may still assign them to the Anchor Staffing payroll. This makes it easy to utilize employees for short-term workload demands, seasonal help and hiring freezes, and it takes the hassle out of the payroll process if the employee doesn't work out.

What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Anchor?

We realize that not every job is a fit for every person and sometimes that is not clear until the person is working. If you are not satisfied with an employee, please notify us within four hours of the start of the assignment and we will replace the employee at no charge to you.

What kind of jobs do you fill?

We fill a variety of Office/Clerical, Technical, Light Industrial, Accounting/Finance, and IT positions.
